Helping Daddy

I like to help out, especially if water is involved! So, when mommy and daddy got home from their diving trip to Key Largo, I was happy to help daddy clean off all of the dive gear. I held the hose and strayed down all the gear, the grass, trees, sidewalk and even daddy...he didn't like that too much!

Chores

Mommy says that I am a big helper and I really do enjoy helping out around the house! So mommy has started to give me some chores. I don't do much, but I like having a job and to be honest, I am pretty good at carrying toilet paper to the bathrooms!!

I am worried, though, that if I get too good that mommy will start giving me even more chores. I think one day she would like me to clean the ENTIRE house while she sits back and eats Bon Bons!!

Aren't there child labor laws against this kind of work?

Oops, dropped them! Hey, don't look at my plumber's crack....it comes naturally!

I'll do it, but without a smile!

Hide 'N Seek

My new favorite game is Hide 'N Seek. I like to play it ALL the time. I use to play it all the time with my cousins, but now mommy and daddy have started to play with me.

I am really good at hiding, too. I usually find places where you can spot me right away and if I am hidden, you can usually tell where I am just by my laughter! One of my favorite spots is my bed. I will hide the first time close to the pillows and inch my way down the bed for my other turns. Mommy always says I need to find a new spot, but I really like it there!

Mommy always finds the best spots and it's hard for me to find her. I usually have to call out "Where are you, mommy" before she will start to call my name and let me find her that way. Sometimes she will even hide in the tub behind the shower curtain and then she really scares me!

The other day I was playing with daddy and he hid under the comforter that was on the floor (mommy was washing the sheets). I didn't find him right away until he started to laugh. While under the covers he tooted and so he started to laugh. Mommy said he deserved it since he toots a lot!

Gymnastics

I recently started my second year of gymnastics. I really enjoyed it last year and am even better this year! I get to play with my friends, sing songs, play on the mats and learn dances. I may even start a class for older kids, but mommy says that we will play that by ear! I will try it out for the first time next week! Yippeeeee!!
All dressed up and ready to go!!

Oh, this is itchy. Take it off!

My Friend, Jacob

My friend Jacob, and his mommy, Aunt Peggy, came over for a play date! Jacob hasn't been over for a long time and he wanted to see my new swing set. We spent some time inside ready and playing with my toys and then we went outside to the swing set and sand pile! After having a good time there, then mommy took us to see all the animals. The goat, Baxter, wasn't so nice to Jacob, so we had to leave!

Thanks for coming over, Jacob!!

Jacob brought some oreo cookies with dipping sauce!!

Puppy Max

Jackie just bought a new puppy, Max! He is so small and cute and I just love playing with him. Mommy says he's ugly, but I think he's kinda cute, don't you??

Face Painting

Several months ago my cousins taught me how to draw on my face and body. They drew my face to look like a cat and I really liked it. So, when mommy bought me some paints, I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to do some more faces. I really love my paints and usually do a nice job of painting on paper, furniture or anything else I can find...which is usually my body! Mommy is just glad that it washes off easily!
Look, mommy, I am an artist!

I'm a lion, hear me roar!

And here I am just scary!

Cooking

I love to help mommy in the kitchen, especially if we are BAKING! I love sweets and esepecially love chocolate. So, the other day mommy and I made some Chocolate Cookies (as I call them). I helped pour all the ingredients in and even hepled stir. It took me a while to find the right spoon and mommy said I was making a mess, but I still had a good time. I especially liked dipping my spoon in to have a sample of our work. I must say, we did a pretty good job!!

This one's for me; the other is for daddy!

Not sure what I am doing here!
